Chapter 6 Deadly Night
Hailey’s Point of View
I didn’t realize that I had fallen asleep here at the clinic.
I paled when I saw what time it was now. It’s already 9:00 p. m. in the evening.
Even worse, because today is Tuesday, when Headmaster Dracilus says Deadly Night will continue.
I looked out the window of this clinic and it was dark outside.
What is Headmaster Dracilus’ plan? Will there be more bloodshed on this Deadly Night?
I want to panic because I don’t know what to do, but I will only get worse when I panic.
I recoiled because of the footsteps I heard outside this clinic.
The door opened and I lost my nervousness because she was just a female student.
She begged, “Queen, help me.”
I remember what Raze told me, but I feel pity for this female student.
“I’ll go with you.” I said.
“What if they find us and kill us?” She asked anxiously.
I said, “Just trust me. We will be saved together. ” She smiled because of what I said.
We left the clinic together. It quietly enveloped the entire environment.
I feel scared, but I don’t make it obvious to her.
I looked behind me, but the female student who was with me was gone.
At the same time as the wind was blowing, I heard something, as if someone was approaching me.
I was trembling with fear, and I was also worried about the female student. This material belongs to NôvelDrama.Org.
I am now hidden in the long grass. Many men in black suits came out from above the tree.
In the twinkling of an eye, they suddenly disappeared as fast as lightning.
I came out of my hiding place thinking they were gone.
“You can’t hide from us.” I could barely speak.
What I thought they had left was wrong because they were just watching me.
I got down on my knees when I saw that the female student I was supposed to help. She wanted to end my life.
Raze is right. I shouldn’t feel pity for anyone.
“You’re wrong because you trusted me.” She said it happily, as if she had no conscience.
I said and stoop up, “You’re more wrong because you haven’t killed me in the time you still have.”
She ordered her men to attack me.
She said, “Say goodbye.” She was sure that she could kill me.
I struggled to avoid the knives that were pointing at me. Until a sharp object cut into my arm.
They stopped attacking me because groups of men blocked them.
I noticed the trembling knees of the men who wanted to kill me.
The leader of the group of men moved quickly, and he immediately reached for the back of the female student.
“You chose the wrong person to kill.” The man said.
His voice was familiar to me, but it was impossible.
He mercilessly broke the female student’s bones until she died.
“Who’s next?” He asked, but immediately the men who wanted to kill me ran away.
He turned his gaze to me, and my heart suddenly beat faster.
He removed his mask that covered his face. Then I realized that he was Raze.
He was about to approach me, but a man threw a knife at Raze.
The surroundings are very dark, and the moonlight is the only light here.
When it came out of the dark part, I saw his face. He is Demon, but why is he here?
“Leave that woman to me if you don’t want to die.” Demon said.
“Take her if you can.” Raze said in a defiant voice.
They both pulled out guns. There was a moment of silence, and a moment later, they exchanged gunfire.
I can’t afford to watch them kill each other. I forced myself to stand up and I walked between the two of them.
Demon grinned and said, “You just made it easier for me to kill you.”
“That’s enough! You’ve stopped!” I shouted at them both.
I could feel the tears dripping from my eyes.
“I’ll just stop when I’ve killed you.” He said.
I approached him. I grabbed his hand and put the gun he was holding down my throat.
“I don’t understand why you want to kill me. All I wanted was to live in peace, but you messed everything up. When I came in here, it messed up my life. ” I said, but he didn’t say a word.
“If you want to kill me so that I can get out of your way and so that there will be no more trouble here at the university. Kill me if that’s what makes you and all of you happy. ” I added.
I stuck the gun even harder in my throat.
“I’m glad that you came here.” I seemed deaf to what he said.
He removed the gun from my grasp. He grinned before he turned his back on me.
“It’s all started.” Raze said.
I asked him, “What are you saying? I’m confused. ”
“Discover the secrets and you’ll know the answer.” He advised me.
My vision was blurred and my body collapsed. I thought I was going to fall, but someone caught up with me.
I woke up because of people calling my name. When I opened my eyes, I saw the worried faces of my friends.
“We’re worried about you.” Alejandra said.
“What happened to you?” Agatha asked.
Kent’s explanation, “Did you know you almost died because the knife that was cut into your arm was poisonous?”
“Where’s Raze?” I asked them.
Ethan said, “Don’t worry about him anymore. You worry about yourself. You still need to heal. ”
Theo said, “Raze said you should take this medicine so you can regain the strength you lost. ”
He handed me a bowl, and when I saw the flesh, it was green.
I also don’t like the smell. I hesitate to drink it.
“I don’t like that.” Their faces frowned.
“I’ll hit you if you don’t drink that.” Nadia threatens me.
So I did nothing but drink it. I was almost sick because of the taste of it.
“Shit! Is this really medicine? The ugly taste seems to be mixed with blood. ” They laughed.
“Nothing funny,” I said, with a poker face.
Nadia asked as she continued to laugh, “Who wouldn’t laugh at what you said? How can there be blood there?”
I looked at them badly, so they all stopped laughing.
“We’re just going out.” Alejandra said.
I just nodded in agreement.
Why didn’t Demon continue to kill me? I didn’t want to die, but the last thing Raze and Demon told me made me wonder more.
Do they have a new plan?
