Chapter 46
Chapter 46
The next day. I got up early in the morning, paid back the repair cost of my neighbor’s house, and paid b ack part of the money
owed to Linda and Lina.
The Lina family’s visa has been completed. They would fly to Australia the day after tomorrow. They spec ially came to say
goodbye to me at noon.
My uncle remorsefully took my hand and said that they shouldn’t have gone abroad when I suffered this kind of accident, but
they had no choice but choose to hide.
I said it doesn’t matter, I can understand, and I’ve cheered up. I believe the future will be better and bette r.
Later, my uncle invited us to dinner in a nearby restaurant. After paying the bill, they had to go back to pa ck up. Aunt Lora and I
also took my daughter home.
When walking downstairs, my cell phone rang. My first reaction was that it was Aaron. I picked it up nerv ously.
So when I saw that it was Jack, I was a little disappointed.
But I still passed my daughter to Aunt Lora, asked them to go home first, and I found a quiet place.
As soon as we got through, Jack said, “Sister Sasha, I found some news. Do you want to see it?”
“News about Aaron’s twin brother?”
“Named Ryan?”
“Yes.”
“I found some, but I can’t tell you clearly on the phone. I’m on duty today. Well, I’ll send you the address and you can come over.”
Jack was so excited that I immediately got in a taxi and rushed there.
After waiting in his office for a few minutes, he came in with a stack of information, “You look at these first.”
I quickly scanned through it. It was Wendy’s file, and I found something wrong at a glance. Upstodatee from Novel(D)ra/m/a.O(r)g
I had read Wendy’s information when she was applying for the job. She majored in art management and oil painting. According
to the archives of Jack, her major in college was broadcasting and hosting, and she dropped out in the s econd semester of her
sophomore year.
I asked Jack. “Is this file credible?”
“Credible, obtained through legal channels.”
“Could that be someone with the same name?”
“But her ID number can matches.”
I took a breath: “Is that her mother’s name Kelly?”
“Yes, I just wanted to tell you about it. Her mother used to work for your father.” Jack said and handed me
information, “But she died in a car accident seven years ago.”
I took it over and looked at it. It was a picture of her youth. There were gentle eyes on her slapped face, w
Wendy.
“What about Wendy’s father?”
Jack shook his head: “Kelly didn’t get married. She dropped out of school because of pregnancy. After giv
went to another city to be a nanny for more than 20 years.”
My heart beat quickly
An idea was generated in my mind. I asked directly: “Is the company called Hengtal?”
“Yes,” he handed me another piece of information, “Not long after she was born, she lived with her mother
and she, Aaron and Ryan have known each other since childhood.”
