A bouquet of red flowers in an epic arrangement was carried by one of the SEO staff. The staff’s footsteps led to Giselle and Harvey who were reading some important parts before the shoot. For once, they are working together on a pretty big project. Being underwritten by a famous perfume and body mist brand in Centralia has made quite an impact on their work.
What is clear is that this month, they don’t feel too strangled by the crazy schedule.
“For me?” asked Giselle in a half-expectant tone. Usually…
“No, Miss Giselle. But this is for Miss Harvey.”Nôvel(D)rama.Org's content.
Luckily, Harvey was not enjoying his soda. He was shocked beyond belief but immediately accepted the sizable bouquet of flowers. “Are you sure for me?”
“Yes,” the staff said innocently. “There’s a greeting card too.”
Harvey immediately grabbed the card in the center of the bouquet. When he saw the shape of the writing and the name written on it, he was stunned. “I have to give it back!” He immediately got up, not caring if his reaction made Giselle flabbergasted.
Harvey’s back soon disappeared behind the door of the room where they were spending time. Giselle, who was now alone, could only let out a long sigh. Her brain was filled with memories of the posts that had bothered her in the past. Harvey might have been experiencing that; being sent by his increasingly crazy fans.
It wasn’t without reason that Giselle thought that way. Harvey’s name was getting more and more famous, perhaps now his position was almost equal to Giselle’s in terms of popularity but Giselle was not jealous. She really was. It didn’t occur to her at all to have such strange feelings. In fact, she felt that Harvey deserved it after what the girl had gone through.
But…
“Why can’t I tell that guy?” Giselle said while scrunching her waist. Her eyes stared irritably at the shipment she had just received. “I’ve rejected him so many times, and he ignores me so many times? I don’t want to bother him!”
“But everything Andrew sends is what you like, Giselle,” Harvey laughed. “Never mind. Enjoy it. It’s good anyway.”
The conversation accidentally came back to Giselle’s mind. At that time, the gifts that Andrew sent were so intense when Giselle was in quarantine. Granted, Giselle didn’t forbid Andrew from doing anything, but every day? Plus the most surprising thing; the night of the Miss Wolrd event that most knew, if Giselle received so many gifts.
“Do I have to step in and warn Andrew?” asked Brina in an exasperated tone. “I even made a menu list and ordered it specifically for you to eat as part of your nutrition. It’s not like Andrew sends food like this almost every day!”
Giselle can only laugh but can’t resist what comes her way. From food that looked simple but tasted great, to food that was being talked about by the public because it went viral and received massive promotion. Everything Giselle received with open arms and made her used to… receiving deliveries from Andrew.
Even so, there was a part of her heart that did not accept what Andrew did. but when presented in front of her eyes, Giselle could not just ignore it.
And now, when all the things Giselle was used to suddenly disappeared, there was a loss that had settled in her heart. Without realizing it, of course, because every time someone mentioned it, Giselle was suddenly irritated. Annoyed. And unacceptable. making some people choose to be casual, no longer mentioning the post or Andrew Kingston’s name in their conversations.
“How long has it been since I’ve heard from him?” asked Giselle absentmindedly, reaching for the phone on the table, her eyes now filled with the chat history she had ignored. “I’m not one to worry about personal matters but he was a nice guy. I guess it’s only natural that I’d miss him, right?” she said in her own monologue. she stared at Andrew’s profile which only showed the man’s face from the side.
Nothing had changed from the last time he looked at the photo. If the timing was right and the feeling was not wrong, this situation had been going on for almost six months. He let out a long sigh. “I think he’s fine. There’s no bad news and no news of people going missing and being found tragically.” Giselle really wanted to ignore this thought but it just came to her. considering that people with power can do whatever they want, right?
“It’s about time I stopped worrying. She must have a better life of her own, and I think they both know what’s best for them.” Giselle smiled slightly. Her hand pressed on the message’s history for a while until the delete button appeared on the screen. “It’s better that we go back to the position of not knowing each other. that’s better.”
And… erased.
The message history was no longer stored in her chat memory.
“Alright, what else is my schedule?”

Justin walked a little hurriedly. In his hand was the sketchbook he had just been working on and had given it the color and style he thought was right. He wasn’t too concerned about Hans following him and the reports he was reading because he had something to do before Giselle flew to Yazeran. The photo shoot for the latest label the beautiful model is working with takes place there.
Usually he was free to visit any of his working models, including Giselle, and spend a little time with her. But since the girl’s declaration of feelings, Justin had begun to withdraw. not that he didn’t want to give her much support, but he had to do this for Giselle’s own good. so that she would understand what he felt for her.
He doesn’t see Giselle as a woman who can attract his heart, but a little sister who he must protect with all his heart. Harvey, on the other hand, was enough to occupy his head because of his behavior that put Justin on the edge. If he didn’t see the many benefits of Harvey’s joining, he would have broken his contract with the model a long time ago.
“Giselle still in the training room?” she asked Hans without turning around.
“What──yes, oh, but you didn’t hear my explanation earlier?” Hans looked furious. “This is related to what you’re planning, Justin!”
“I know,” Justin turned, his steps growing larger towards the room he knew well.
“Boss, come on! You can meet Giselle later, I need your opinion before executing all these plans.” Hand looked frustrated with what his boss was doing.
“Listen,” Justin slowed his pace slightly. It was a relief to Hans that he didn’t have to rush to speak. “I trust you, Hans. Whatever you did must have been full of a lot of consideration. I need to finish the last execution and talk to Giselle before she goes to Yazeran. I won’t have time to meet her there.”
Hans gave up. Letting Justin just dart into the room where Giselle and Brina were. “Even though I have selected several candidates for her. I don’t think any of them meet her expectations.” He looked at the row of names and photos attached to it. “Why does my boss have such strange standards for his models, anyway?”
Meanwhile, Justin opened the door rather rudely. “Giselle!”
Feeling her name being called, Giselle turned her head. Stopping her steps around the red-carpeted stage and looking at the caller with wonder. “Yes? You… look strange, Justin.”
“Come here, I need your help.”
Giselle frowned but couldn’t argue, so she went downstairs and approached her boss. She watched intently as Justin opened each page of his sketchbook. Until…
“What do you think?”
Giselle gaped. “Isn’t she… that arrogant girl?”
Justin laughed. “Cocky and sexy make for a fun collaboration, right?”
“You’re crazy!”
“Um… I think Harvey’s vocabulary will be more than just crazy!” Justin still didn’t want to stop laughing. “But what do you think?” Once again he showed the photo of the pink-haired girl wearing SEO’s latest design. Her face was anything but friendly and her eyes stared back at Justin with a look of distaste. But above all, Giselle trusted her eyes and intuition. This girl has great value and is so seductive.
“As long as she can be friends with me and Harvey, I don’t think it matters.”
“That’s what I was hoping to get out of you, Giselle.” Justin hugged Giselle immediately. “Continue your training and don’t be late for Yazeran. I can’t monitor you there, I’ll leave everything to Brina, okay?”
