Nova struggled for a moment but Brian hugged her even tighter as if he was afraid that the person in his arms would suddenly run away. "Brian, let go of me!"

Brian laughed self-deprecatingly. "If can really find her, I will make it up to her for the rest of my life. I will love and protect her and not let her suffer any grievances."
