Chapter 110 Jasper Milton, Keep Fighting on Our Own
Stella Grace dragged her luggage to Wilson Chuck’s house.
The door was tightly shut.
She knocked on it.
The servant at home ran over to open the door. When he saw Stella, he paused and looked uneasy. He turned his head around and said respectfully, “Madam, Miss, Miss Grace is here.”
“Close the door and let her in through the back door.” Felicia Chuck said coldly.
“Okay.” The servant apologized to Stella, “I’m sorry, Miss wants you to come in through the back door.”
The servant closed the door.
Stella smirked. She expected this.
However, entering the Chuck Family was only the first step of her plan.
Endure what ordinary people could not endure, and do what they could not do.
Stella dragged her suitcase to the gate of the backyard.
The suitcase rubbed against the ground and made a loud noise.
The rattling was so loud that the sound of her footsteps was drowned out.
Her state of mind, on the contrary, was very calm.
Stella reached the door of the backyard and knocked on the door.
The housekeeper opened the door.
She carried the suitcase and entered, passed through the back garden, and walked to the back door of the villa.
Felicia Chuck crossed her arms over her chest and stood at the corner, with a leer. “Sorry, you’re not welcomed in our villa. If you shamelessly insist to come over, the storage room behind you is where you will stay in the future.”
“Does Dad know about this arrangement?” Stella asked coldly.
“Don’t use Dad to pressure me. My grandmother’s family contributed much to Dad’s achievements today. But I’m sorry my grandmother is not related to you.” Felicia bragged proudly.
Stella turned around, took out her mobile phone, took a picture of the storage room, and sent it to Wilson.
Wilson immediately called back, “What do you mean?”
“Felicia says that I will stay in this storage room in the future. I want to know if it’s your idea?” Stella asked directly.
“Stella, you should know that they don’t welcome you. Why do you insist on staying here?” Wilson asked irritably.
“I want to help Dad. If I live elsewhere, I’m afraid Dad will forget me.
I think our conversation at noon was pleasant, or do you think it’s suitable for me, a biological daughter of the state mayor, to stay in a storeroom?
I don’t think it’s a big deal. I’ve lived under a bridge, but I don’t know what Dad’s friends will think after they see this when they visit you,” Stella said nonchalantly.
Wilson was afraid of Stella.
“I’ll call them now.” He hung up the phone.
Stella smiled.
Felicia was furious and said disgustedly, “Stella, are you this shameless? You do not have a place in this family.”
“We fight for our own place, it’s not given by others. Felicia, now I am back, are you already afraid?” Stella retorted.
“What am I afraid of? I have a Dad and Mom who loves me. By the way, my boyfriend, your ex-husband loves me very much. I am now working at his place, and we see each other every day. We are very happy.” Felicia boasted.Property © NôvelDrama.Org.
“Aren’t you afraid of Frederick getting tired of your looks? According to my understanding of him, he is never predictable when it comes to women.” Stella reminded.
“That’s for ordinary women. Frederick has always been waiting for me to come back. He only loves me. He told me that he has never touched you.” Felicia showed off arrogantly.
“I hope you can maintain this confidence until the end of time.” Stella drooped her eyelids and said.
She looked behind Felicia.
Renee Chancery came over and said with disgust, “Come in. Wilson called and asked me to arrange a room for you.”
“Mom, didn’t we make a deal? Her room is the storeroom.” Felicia stamped her feet and said.
“Well, your father gave the orders, stop talking,” Renee said helplessly and turned around.
Stella dragged her luggage past Felicia.
“Let me warn you beforehand. Wilson’s, Felicia’s, and my room are upstairs. You’re not allowed to come to the first floor.” Renee said and pushed open the door of the room at the corner. “You stay in this room.”
“Mom, isn’t this room haunted?” Felicia deliberately said, blinking her eyes at Renee.
Stella twitched the corners of her mouth.
If there was a haunted room in this villa, Wilson would not live here.
She clearly knew what wicked idea Felicia was planning.
“Since someone insists to squeeze in, there’s nothing I can do,” Renee said with contempt.
Stella walked into the room and closed the door.
She estimated the size of the door lock.
Since she would stay in this room in the future, she did not want anyone else to enter her room freely.
She had to change the lock.
And also needed to buy new bedsheets, quilts, pillowcases and so on.
Stella went shopping.
Felicia stared at Stella’s back ruthlessly. “Mom, why did Dad let Stella live here? She is not our family.”
Renee patted Felicia’s hands and comforted her. “Do you think your father wants her to stay here? She has something on your father and insists on coming in. Your father can’t do anything about it. Just give her a long face in the future.”
“How can I do that? I’m going to trash her. Mom, I want to Frederick to come to our house for dinner tonight, and then let him stay here.” Felicia shook Renee’s hand like a spoiled child when she said the second half of the sentence.
“You, how can you simply keep a man home for the night? Since you have already had an intimate relationship with Frederick, it’s about time to settle down and get married. You aren’t pregnant, are you?” Renee glanced at Felicia’s belly.
“No, I’m not pregnant. So, when we’re having dinner tonight, please tell Frederick about it. Just in time to let Stella hear it and provoke her.” Felicia suggested with bad intentions.
Stella Grace bought a lot of things, and the store sent a car over.
She returned to Wilson Chuck’s house when Frederick Addington also came over.
They exchanged looks.
Frederick looked at Stella with strong interest.
Stella looked away nonchalantly, ignoring him.
The workers moved everything Stella bought into her room.
There was also a worker who helped Stella change the door lock.
“I don’t know why she came to my house. She really thinks of this place as her own home. How shameless!” Felicia complained in a voice that everyone could hear.
Stella sent the workers away and walked to her room.
“Such an enigmatic person. I’m really afraid that she comes out in the middle of the night and stab us while we’re sleeping. Mom, I’m so scared. Make sure the keys at home are well taken care of. Remember to lock the door when we sleep at night.” Felicia said fearfully.
“Everything is settled. I’ll give your Dad a call to see when he will come back for dinner.” Renee Chancery went to make the call.
Stella glanced at Felicia with the corner of her eyes and smiled slightly. Her smile was bright and meaningful, as if she was about to make a move, like a hunter prowling in the dark.
Felicia’s heart skipped a beat.
She had to find a way to drive Stella away.
Stella walked into the room, turned on the computer, and searched for some information on the Internet. Finally, she found the person and a current address…
